Jobtailor in Lisbon, Portugal seeks an experienced technical leader to drive architecture decisions in client engagements. You will combine deep cloud and API management expertise with leadership skills to guide delivery, while operating in a high-pressure environment and collaborating with client technical teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on proficiency with Kubernetes, Apigee API management, DynamoDB data modeling, security with JWE, performance testing with JMeter, and IaC using Terraform,

Qualificações

• Leadership and ability to drive architecture decisions in client engagements.
• Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with guiding DevOps, CI/CD, and IaC practices across cloud ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural decisions and engage in technical discussions with the client’s technical team, supporting positions confidently with solid technical grounding.

Requirements

• Kubernetes (K8s): Expertise in container orchestration, cluster management, scaling and application resilience.
• Apigee: Hands-on experience with the full lifecycle API management platform (API Gateway, security, traffic policies and governance).
• AWS DynamoDB: Strong knowledge of Amazon’s managed NoSQL database (data modeling, indexes and query optimization).
• Security and JWE (JSON Web Encryption): Experience with encryption standards, token signing and protecting data in transit and at rest.
• Apache JMeter: Ability to plan, execute and analyze performance, load and stress tests for systems, servers and APIs.
• CI/CD and Automation Tools (DevOps Culture) — Jenkins: Expertise in creating, maintaining and running Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automating deployments, rollbacks and microservice rollouts.
• Terraform: Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for provisioning, modifying and managing cloud environments in an automated way.
