As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, deploying, and operating modern cloud platforms across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Design, deploy, administer, and optimize cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Manage compute, networking, storage, and identity services while ensuring scalability, resilience, and operational excellence.
- Support hybrid cloud architectures integrating on-premises infrastructure with cloud services.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, promoting consistency, repeatability, and automation.
- Develop infrastructure automation that simplifies provisioning, configuration management, and operational processes.
- Contribute to infrastructure standardization and cloud governance initiatives.
- Configure and manage secure cloud networking, including:
- Virtual Networks (VNet)
- Virtual Private Clouds (VPC)
- VPN Connectivity
- Firewalls
- Network Security Groups (NSGs)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Ensure cloud environments comply with security standards, governance policies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Security teams to implement secure cloud architectures and continuously improve cloud posture.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure using native observability and monitoring tools such as:
- Amazon CloudWatch
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve infrastructure, networking, and performance issues.
- Continuously optimize cloud environments for availability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to build and maintain modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Support application deployments and cloud-native delivery processes using DevOps best practices.
- Contribute to infrastructure automation and continuous delivery strategies.
- Design and maintain backup, disaster recovery (DR), and high-availability solutions.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning, validation exercises, and resilience improvements.
- Ensure critical workloads remain highly available and recoverable.
- Monitor cloud consumption and optimize infrastructure costs through:
- Auto Scaling
- Reserved Instances
- Resource Optimization
- Balance performance, availability, and cost-efficiency across cloud environments.
- Produce and maintain infrastructure documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and technical standards.
- Work closely with Infrastructure, DevOps, Security, and Application teams to deliver reliable cloud platforms.
- Promote cloud best practices and continuous knowledge sharing across teams.
Required Experience
Proven experience administering enterprise cloud environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Solid understanding of:

Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code, preferably using Terraform.
Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure, networking, and application performance.

Experience managing cloud costs and optimizing infrastructure resources.
Experience working in hybrid cloud environments combining on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
