Boschgroup is seeking a Development Engineer - Reliability Responsible to drive product quality from development through validation. You will lead reliability activities, design validation tests, and contribute to risk management in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.

The role emphasizes statistical methods, test method development, and ongoing process improvement within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience in technical product development is valued.
• Experience in reliability testing and validation is valued.
• Knowledge of mechanical design, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and/or electronics.
• Familiarity with risk management tools (e.g., IQPro) is nice to have.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Drive and moderate quality prevention and product improvement sessions (FMEA, DRBFM, risk assessments).
• Plan and execute design validation tests.
• Analyze, present, and communicate test results to development teams.
• Develop new test methods and test rigs.
