Job summary

Euronext invites applications for a Junior Developer Trainee to join the Dev Commando Team in the IT Market Services Architecture. Based in Porto, you will start soon and report to the Team Lead. You will work with Python, JavaScript, HTML and CSS to build web tools and developer utilities.

You’ll use GitLab, Jenkins and Docker among other modern tools, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with engineers in Porto and Paris to shape capital markets technology.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with modern development tools such as GitLab, Jenkins and Docker.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.

Responsibilities

The Dev Commando Team is a small, highly skilled engineering group within the Architecture function, focused on rapidly delivering developer tools, web applications and technical solutions to support engineering teams across Euronext. You will work closely with colleagues in Porto and Paris, contributing to a wide variety of projects and learning from experienced engineers and architects.
