Zyte in Lisbon is seeking a Developer Advocate who blends hands-on technical knowledge with the confidence to engage developers and build lasting relationships. You’ll explore how Zyte API and Scrapy fit into workflows and how LLMs are changing software development.

You’ll grow Zyte’s presence at conferences, craft tutorials and demos, and work with product, technical, and marketing teams to turn feedback into better tools.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in developer advocacy or related technical roles.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, web scraping, and data extraction.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Python.
• Interest in web data extraction and helping developers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with public speaking experience.
• Experience with communities, social media and blogging.
• Background in community building and event hosting is a plus.
• Self-motivated, self-reliant and able to prioritize tasks.
• Strong team player.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Zyte at developer conferences, meetups, and community events.
• Develop and deliver talks, workshops, demos, webinars, and panels.
• Build relationships with developers, event organizers, and technology partners.
• Create tutorials, demos, videos, and resources to integrate Zyte API and Scrapy.
• Engage with developers across social channels and communities.
• Write technical articles for Zyte’s blog and third-party publications.
• Collaborate with product, technical, and marketing teams to improve tools based on community feedback.
