Mediaprobe, part of Mindprober S.A., is seeking a Software Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable, secure infrastructure supporting our media measurement products. You will work with AWS and/or GCP, ensure CI/CD parity, and partner with software teams to keep systems high-performing and compliant.

The role requires 2+ years in infra development, database and container experience, and strong collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in maintaining, improving, designing, and developing software infrastructures.
• Experience with database management systems (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Kafka, Redis).
• Familiarity with deploying and maintaining containers to Kubernetes, AWS EKS, GCP GKE, or OpenShift.
• Coding and scripting skills; able to translate requirements into scalable IT solutions.
• Expertise in data governance and security/privacy compliance.
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Active participation in DevOps discussions and ceremonies, collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.

Joining us means becoming a key player in our Software Development team, where you will report directly to the Head of Software Dev and play a crucial role in elevating industry standards with cutting-edge technology and best practices. Is it you we're looking for?

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain a scalable, secure, high-performance infrastructure supporting business operations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to determine the best structures to implement new tools.
• Ensure infrastructure is optimized for cost-effectiveness and performance.
• Collaborate with software developers to ensure existing products are working at peak performance and according to industry standards.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD procedures.
• Manage database systems and implement data integration with stakeholders.
• Articulate the needs of different departments regarding their code infrastructure and sponsor improvements when needed.
• Ensure data compliance standards are met at any moment as well as data integrity.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in maintaining, improving, designing, and developing software infrastructures.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient IT solutions.
• Experience in database management systems (e.G., PostgreSQL), as well as NoSQL solutions like MongoDB, Kafka, Redis.
• Familiarity with deploying and maintaining containers to containerization platforms (Kubernetes, AWS EKS, GCP GKE, Openshift).
• Experience in software migration, integrating legacy systems into modern software architectures.
• Coding and scripting skills.
• Expertise in data governance practices, ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards.
• Experience with cloud-based providers (e.G., AWS, Google Cloud Computing).
• Commitment to best practices.
• We'll want your expert opinion on things like operational processes, DevOps, deployments. You actively participate in team conversations, and discussions and facilitate ceremonies.
• Strong ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams and communicate complex IT and software development concepts.
