A luxury fashion brand located in Lisbon is seeking a versatile Designer to oversee the brand’s visual communication. In this role, you will lead all aspects of design across digital and offline platforms, ensuring consistency and high standards in visual identity. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in fashion or luxury brands and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite. This position demands a highly autonomous individual capable of managing multiple design projects effectively.
Fashion Clinic is looking for a highly versatile Designer to act as the end-to-end creative owner of the brand’s visual communication. This role is a “one-man show” position: you will be responsible for concept, design, and delivery across all platforms and media. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, retail, and e-commerce teams, but you will be the primary in-house design resource ensuring Fashion Clinic’s luxury identity is consistently represented.
Develop creative concepts and produce all visual assets for campaigns, events, and collections.
Design across digital (website, social media, newsletters, e-commerce) and offline (store graphics, packaging, printed materials, event collateral).
Own and maintain the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and high standards in every output.
Retouch images and prepare assets from photoshoots.
Adapt designs to multiple formats and channels while keeping a coherent luxury look.
Work directly with external suppliers (photographers, printers, agencies) when needed.
Stay ahead of design, fashion, and luxury trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
Manage deadlines and prioritize projects independently.
5+ years of design experience, ideally in fashion, luxury, or premium lifestyle brands.
Strong portfolio showing both digital and print design skills.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Figma or other digital tools is a plus.
Photography and video editing/animation skills are an advantage (since role covers multiple outputs).
Excellent eye for luxury aesthetics, typography, and detail.
Highly autonomous, resourceful, and comfortable being the sole design owner.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with non-design teams.
Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
