Job summary

Mindera seeks a Product Manager to drive the evolution and adoption of a Design System, enabling consistent, scalable experiences across Web and App platforms. You will bridge Design and Engineering, owning vision, roadmap, governance and adoption across Mindera’s digital ecosystem.

You will collaborate with design, engineering and product teams, advocate for the system, ensure accessibility and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally on a design system, component library or internal platform product.
• Experience treating a platform as a product: managing internal users as customers, adoption, and cross-team dependencies.
• Strong collaboration with design and engineering teams, with enough technical understanding to discuss theming, tokens and component architecture.
• Familiarity with Web and mobile app development contexts (iOS/Android).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and assistive technologies.
• Experience defining success metrics, OKRs and adoption baselines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing without direct authority.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Drive the long-term vision, adoption and implementation of the design system across Web and App platforms.
• Manage the product roadmap and prioritise the backlog to align with core business goals and objectives.
• Coordinate design and engineering workstreams to ensure seamless delivery for internal product teams.
• Advocate for the design system, raising awareness and sharing progress across the business.
• Set premium customer experience design standards through reusable components and patterns.
• Embed accessibility guidelines and support for assistive technologies into the design system.
• Guarantee technical alignment with Liquid Glass and Edge-to-Edge requirements with App teams.
• Establish productivity baselines and success metrics linked to OKRs and the online scorecard.
• Define governance; support robust contribution models as the design system evolves.
• Cultivate an active and engaged user community through outreach and quarterly surveys.
