Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, or in-house design studio.
  • Experience in the design tasks managing for digital marketing and mediabuying teams.
  • Experience in handling complex marketing projects that included different teams and dozen clients.
  • Readiness to work in a constantly changing environment, to align tasks with goals.
  • Expertise in managing a dozen of differently skilled designers.
  • Ready to receive and give feedback and include conclusions in design.
  • Attention to visual details.
  • Ability to meet deadlines. Work iteratively, and share results early and often.
  • Work with Jira, Slack, Google Docs. Familiar with Figma and Adobe services.
  • Advanced speaking and writing English level.
Responsibilities
  • Managing graphic and animated banners tasks from different marketing teams: briefing, prioritisation, negotiation with internal clients, rejecting briefly poor or needless tasks.
  • Time and people management: delivering tasks to designers, track the loading of designers, track deadlines.
  • Initiate calls or correspond with customers as soon as he sees an incomprehensible task and inadequate deadlines.
  • Create brief templates, sheets, collections of images, translations, etc. Everything that will help the customer to set the task faster and more accurately, and the designer to complete it faster.
  • Lead the setting and improving of working processes.
  • Regular update a library of thouthands design layouts to help designers and clients automate routine.
  • Evaluate the poor quality of design using the experience after working with typical tasks and regular clients.
  • Participate in resolving the situation if the designer’s work is not accepted or delivering lately.
