You will work with team members, senior leadership, and global partners to drive service delivery, resource management, and a customer-centric culture. The role combines leadership with hands-on design work, balancing budgets, developing talent, and shaping design standards across the region.

Qualifications

• University degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field.
• 6+ years in a demanding corporate environment, preferably professional services.
• Supervisory experience and workflow management.
• Strong MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
• Portfolio of presentation design and related work.

Responsabilités

• Lead Creative Services delivery, monitor service levels, enforce standards and brand guidelines.
• Chair regular team meetings; foster high-performance, customer-centric culture.
• Provide design services to supported offices and manage resource planning.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Contribute to global/regional standards and design projects; liaise with stakeholders.
