Quanteam, founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, is seeking a Documentation Drafting Analyst in Portugal. The role focuses on drafting ISDA-based confirmations and reviewing trade documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Credit and IT across international centres, bringing a finance background and strong analytical skills to accurate documentation and post-trade support.

Formación

• Academic background in Finance, Economics, Management, Banking or a related field.
• Knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments.
• Understanding of derivatives such as Swaps, Forwards and Options is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Draft legal trade confirmations based on ISDA definitions for financial products, including Swaps, Forwards, Options and Hybrid Strategies.
• Review trade bookings, term sheets and transaction details to ensure accuracy and consistency before documentation is sent to clients.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies between trade bookings, confirmations and term sheets.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the risk information recorded by the business.
• Ensure documentation and confirmations are completed within applicable regulatory timelines.
• Manage and communicate post-trade events with clients.
• Monitor outstanding documentation issues and contribute to their timely resolution.
• Work closely with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Credit, IT and other Operations teams.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and teams across different financial centres.
