A Vtv Portugal, Unipessoal Lda, procural um Demand Planning Analyst para atuar na equipa de Supply Chain em Lisboa. O candidato colaborará com Operações de Negócio e outras partes interessadas para entregar dados e relatórios de alta precisão.

Principais atividades incluem apoiar o processo S&OP, analisar variações de dados de vendas, demanda e inventário, manter dados mestres e apoiar o ciclo de vida do produto (NPI até fim de vida), contribuindo para a gestão de risco e melhoria contínua.

Qualifications

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in operations and supply chain management, Business Planning or +5 years of professional experience as a Demand Planning Analyst
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and develop insights into complex business data
Attention to detail and a keen sense of urgency and deadlines
A good command of Microsoft Office tools is required (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Excel, AI etc.)
Kinaxis Rapid Response knowledge is required
SAP skills are not mandatory but are preferable
Apics CPIM or CSCP certifications are an advantage as well as an understanding of Lean principles
Comfortable in a remote and international teamwork environment; Self-motivated and results-oriented
Strong organizational skills, strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to influence internal direction
Language(s): English required; French and Spanish are an advantage

Responsibilities

Support the S&OP process with Business Operations to establish consensus forecasts (including monthly turnover and what-if analysis)
Analyze variations of multiple data such as sales, consensus, constrained, and management forecasts, sales order coverage. Propose the best scenario to drive the supply chain accordingly on weekly basis following the S&OP deadlines.
Proposes weekly requirements (GOP) to meet consensus forecasts in budgets.
Demand management (shipping request) as a key input for the back office to be used with our manufacturing partners such as ODM, OEM, etc.
Master Data Management, Improved Automation of Supply Chain Tools
Support for product lifecycle management from NPI to end-of-life, risk reduction.
Monitor and control inventory levels
Support buffer stock programs (finished goods, ...)
Generate key business outcomes around customer intimacy (internal and external), understanding market trends, and products.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (like NPI/SFT/Bus.Ops/CSR/Logistics/Finance) to ensure accurate exchange of business data (like quantity/revenue at planning horizon) during the products lifecycle.
