Job summary

Inetum is seeking a Demand Management Lead in Lisbon to oversee end-to-end demand management within a Workplace Product environment. You will act as a key interface between business stakeholders, Product teams and delivery organizations to assess and prioritize non-standard requests through delivery.

Hybrid role with two office days per week in Lisbon, requiring strong ITIL knowledge, portfolio coordination and a client-focused, cross-team mindset to drive value across international projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Demand Management and Portfolio Management.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Experience in IT project/program delivery and complex program interdependencies.
• Experience working in large-scale international environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and cross-team coordination skills.
• Strong analytical, planning and prioritization capabilities.
• Client-focused and service-oriented approach.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand intake, qualification and coordination across relevant teams.
