Job summary

HumanIT Digital Consulting is seeking an Interim Delivery Manager / Project Manager to lead a Credit Platform programme for a UK financial services client, with full remote work in Portugal. You will own delivery plans, RAID logs, governance, and stakeholder reporting across business and technology teams.

The role requires strong multi-workstream delivery experience, hands-on Jira/Confluence, and excellent English communication. Compensation is €2,400–€3,200 net per month.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading delivery in technology-enabled change programmes.
• Strong track record managing multiple workstreams, plans, risks and reporting.
• Experience with business readiness, governance and go-live delivery.
• Experience supporting staged go-lives and post-launch monitoring.
• Ability to quickly own in-flight programmes and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery plan, RAID log, action tracking and senior stakeholder reporting.
• Shape plans for approvals, governance, assurance and key decision points.
• Coordinate regulatory assurance activity with owners and timelines.
• Drive business readiness across non-technical teams (processes, training, communications).
• Support live proving, go-live activity and post-launch monitoring for each cohort.
• Facilitate discussions and unblock issues across teams; keep decisions moving.
• Use AI assistants to draft status reports, summaries and readiness checklists.
