Overview

Delivery Manager FSI – InnoWave is looking for a highly senior, dynamic Delivery Manager with strong experience in FSI (Banking), excellent communication skills, high work capacity, and a proactive attitude, with availability to come to our office in Lisbon!

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow strategic projects in the financial sector, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with client objectives
• Understand the client’s and InnoWave’s business deeply, proposing solutions that add value and generate growth opportunities
• Identify risks, anticipate problems, and provide proactive solutions
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a reference point for strategic initiatives
• Drive project growth and develop new business opportunities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration, motivation, and delivery excellence
• Monitor KPIs and project delivery metrics to ensure consistent results

Skills

• Degree or Master’s in Engineering, Management, or similar areas
• Proven, extensive experience as a Delivery Manager in FSI projects, particularly in Banking
• Strong ability to interpret client needs, propose solutions, and identify new business opportunities
• Strong results orientation, proactivity, and initiative in problem-solving
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with Agile or traditional project management methodologies
• Fluent in English – written and spoken
• Proven track record in leading complex, high-value projects and delivering business impact
