Decskill is seeking a Delivery Manager who speaks French to join a project with a hybrid working model. You will coordinate delivery plans, oversee multi-team delivery, and ensure successful releases across engineering, QA, support, and infrastructure in a fast-growing IT environment.

The role emphasizes Agile practices, risk and incident management, and effective communication with stakeholders. English proficiency is also required.

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of delivery planning, risk and incident management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain delivery plans based on priorities, capacity, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, QA, Support, Infrastructure, Web, Backend and Mobile.
• Monitor delivery commitments, milestones, risks, blockers, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure project tracking with Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate production releases, deployments, Go/No-Go decisions, and post-release reviews.
• Lead incident coordination, root-cause analysis, and preventive improvement initiatives.
• Manage operational delivery and RUN activities of the Izly platform.
• Drive Collect.Online migration and legacy application decommissioning initiatives.
• Provide clear delivery reporting and escalate critical issues to management.
• Promote continuous improvement across delivery processes and collaboration.

Your Responsibilities:

As our Delivery Manager, you will:

• Build and maintain delivery plans based on business priorities, team capacity, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, Support, Infrastructure, Web, Backend, and Mobile.
• Monitor delivery commitments, milestones, risks, blockers, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure accurate project tracking using Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate production releases, deployments, Go/No-Go decisions, and post-release reviews.
• Lead operational incident coordination, root-cause analysis, and preventive improvement initiatives.
• Manage the operational delivery and RUN activities of the current Izly platform.
• Drive Collect.Online migration activities, legacy application support, and system decommissioning initiatives.
• Provide clear delivery reporting, communicate project status, and elevate critical issues to management.
• Promote continuous improvement across delivery processes, operational support, documentation, and team collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, IT Delivery Lead, or in a similar delivery coordination role.
• Solid experience working with Agile software engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of delivery planning, risk management, incident management, production releases, and operational support.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders across distributed environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence to challenge unrealistic commitments and proactively upscale delivery risks.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and professional English.
