Capgemini Engineering seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Autonomous Networks and Automation initiatives. You will coordinate business and technical teams, drive execution across all project phases, and manage planning, governance, risks, dependencies, and milestones to ensure successful production deployment.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in Agile and SDLC, with fluent English.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Project Manager in complex technology programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering software, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Available for a 12-18 month assignment, with potential extension.
• Willing to travel to Düsseldorf regularly (approximately 25% onsite presence).
