Capgemini Engineering in Portugal is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Autonomous Networks and Automation initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth transition into live operations. The role requires proven program/project management experience in complex tech, strong Agile and SDLC knowledge, and a track record of coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Fluent English is essential; travel to Düsseldorf approx. 25% is expected.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Project Manager in complex technology programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering software, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Available for a 12-18 month assignment, with potential extension.
• Willing to travel to Düsseldorf regularly (approximately 25% onsite presence).
