Capgemini Engineering seeks a Delivery Manager/Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for Autonomous Networks and Automation initiatives in a dynamic, multinational setting. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring on-time production deployments.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in complex tech programs, strong Agile/SDLC expertise, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Experience as Delivery/Program/Project Manager in complex technology programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering software, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Available for 12-18 month assignment; willing to travel to Düsseldorf ~25% onsite.

• Experience delivering software, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Available for a 12-18 month assignment, with potential extension.
• Willing to travel to Düsseldorf regularly (approximately 25% onsite presence).
