Capgemini Engineering, a global leader in engineering services, seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to lead autonomous networks and automation programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and milestones, and ensure smooth transition from concept to production.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and fluent English. Based in Portugal with 12-18 months engagement, roughly 25% travel to Düsseldorf, and hybrid work arrangements.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Project Manager in complex technology programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering software, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Available for a 12-18 month assignment, with potential extension.
• Willing to travel to Düsseldorf regularly (approximately 25% onsite presence).
