Collectivus Holdings is seeking a Product Owner to lead delivery for the Sorted product team, spanning mobile, backend, and data. You will ensure scope, sequencing, and committed dates, turning product direction into ready-to-build work while safeguarding sprint commitments and release scope.

You will collaborate across design, mobile, backend, data, and QA to maintain clear specs, acceptance criteria, and a reliable delivery process.

Qualificações

3+ years of product ownership, product delivery, or equivalent software product experience.
Consumer mobile app experience strongly preferred.
Experience running delivery for multi-platform teams (iOS, Android, backend).
Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery practice, including sprint planning and release cadence.

Responsabilidades

Own delivery outcomes for the Sorted product team: scope, sequencing, and committed dates.
Own execution sequencing within the product roadmap, turning product direction into well-defined, ready-to-build work.
Own sprint commitments and release scope, including go/no-go decisions.
Own backlog sequencing and readiness within the agreed product roadmap.
Write and maintain clear specs and acceptance criteria for engineering and QA.
Run the delivery ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, review and retrospective.
Coordinate releases end-to-end, including store submissions and rollout.
Own the customer service escalation path from CX into product/engineering.
Monitor delivery health and flag risks with mitigation and ownership.
Communicate roadmap progress and trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders.
