Job summary

Metyis AG is looking for a Project Management/Delivery Lead to drive client engagements across digital transformation and technology initiatives. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery with quality outcomes.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong stakeholder management, and a solid command of agile and hybrid delivery methods. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Delivery Management, Consulting, Digital Transformation, Technology Delivery, or related roles.
• Experience supporting or managing projects within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across business and technology functions.
• Strong planning, governance, scheduling, RAID management, dependency management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or related discipline; professional English.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful delivery of client engagements across Digital Transformation, Technology, Data & AI, Digital Commerce.
• Manage assigned workstreams or smaller projects within scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance artefacts.
• Coordinate project activities across multidisciplinary teams for effective execution.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, sprint ceremonies, and status reviews.
