Smartex is seeking a motivated Master's Thesis student to join their Grants & Innovation team in Porto, Portugal. This role involves identifying and structuring European and national funding opportunities such as Horizon Europe and PT2030. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a Master's program related to management or economics and possesses strong analytical skills. The position offers a dynamic work environment with hybrid working options and various benefits including meal allowances and a pet-friendly atmosphere.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program related to management or public policy.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Interest in European innovation policy and public funding mechanisms.
• Ability to work with complex regulatory texts.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multi-stakeholder processes.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and analyse relevant European and national funding opportunities.
• Develop understanding of funded innovation projects' lifecycle.
• Support analysis of funding requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Contribute to grant proposal preparation.
• Assist in managing financial, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Help improve processes related to grants management.
