Oliver Wyman is seeking a Data and Analytics Analyst to create and maintain reporting artifacts tied to our operations. The role focuses on using analytics to uncover the 'Why' behind business performance and supporting strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, develop data sets and metrics, and help advance reporting across the analytics community. Strong Tableau, SQL, and data warehousing knowledge are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, CS, information systems or econometrics.
• 3+ years in business analytics or analytics support functions.
• Proficiency with Tableau for dashboard design, development and deployment.
• 3+ years SQL/PLSQL experience and data warehousing knowledge.
• Experience managing Tableau sites/projects with consistent design and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Agile in data/analytics context.
• Knowledge of ETL/integration and data warehouse processes.
• English fluency in writing and speaking.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting and analytics needs and deliver solutions.
• Support development of new data sets, metrics, and analytics content for strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Contribute to analytics community training and adoption of tools and data models.
• Assist data sourcing, preparation, and visualization across analytics teams.
• Collaborate with data architects to define data requirements for BI visuals.
• Support ongoing BI and data warehousing enhancements.
