Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business, is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Internal Consulting Hub (ICH) in Lisbon. You will execute analytic and reporting tasks, support operational and project activities, and own well-defined workstreams or documented processes, contributing to strategy execution and major system implementations.

Requirements include an undergraduate degree and 2+ years in a similar role, plus proficiency with Excel/Tableau and other data tools.

Qualificações

An undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study; 2+ years in a similar role.
Business Analyst certification and/or training is a plus.
Strong digital fluency to learn and use a range of digital tools.
Strong analytical capabilities, incl. data gathering, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and reporting.
Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, and other data analysis tools.
Proficiency with process-support tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Power Automate, GenAI).
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge of business processes and project management fundamentals.
Attention to detail; growth mindset, adaptability and resilience.
Ability to work independently balanced with proactivity to learn and problem solve.
Ability to manage work to deadlines and service-level agreements.
Service mindset and effective communication across functions and geographies.
Fluent business English with good writing and verbal skills.

Responsabilidades

Own documented operational processes and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Conduct detailed analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making.
Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
