GRiT Solutions in Lisbon is expanding its data team for a long-term project in the insurance sector. We're seeking various data profiles including Data Engineers, Analysts, and ML Engineers. Candidates should have relevant skills in data management, analytics, and tools such as Snowflake and Python. English fluency is critical, and experience in regulated environments is desirable. The position offers a hybrid/remote working model, continuous training, and competitive compensation.

Qualificações

• Experience in data engineering, analytics, or related roles is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, particularly in a client-facing situation.
• Knowledge of insurance or banking regulations is an advantage.

Job Description

We're building a data team - multiple positions open. We're hiring for a long-term project with a client in the insurance sector. We're looking for several data profiles to join a growing team with a clear ambition across analytics, governance, and artificial intelligence.

Open Positions

• Data Engineer — ELT/ETL, orchestration, batch/streaming, data quality
• Data Platform Engineer — landing zones, IaC, observability, FinOps
• Data Architect — target data architecture, integration patterns, standards
• Analytics Engineer / BI Developer — semantic layers, reporting, self-service enablement
• Data Analyst — analytics, reporting, data-driven insights
• Data Governance Lead — data catalog, lineage, stewardship, access management
• ML Engineer / Data Scientist — MLOps, model deployment, feature management
• Scrum Master / Delivery Lead — team delivery, coaching, communities of practice

Tech stack

Snowflake, Talend, Dataiku, Qlik, dbt, Apache Airflow, Python. The AI/ML roadmap is accelerating, so experience in this space is a real advantage.
