Blip is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate our data streaming platforms powering global services. You’ll collaborate across brands to modernise and migrate services, evaluating tooling and driving platform adoption for reliability and developer enablement.

Key focus areas include Kafka, Cassandra, Pulsar, AWS data services, and Kubernetes-based platform engineering. You’ll promote best practices and contribute to security-conscious, scalable solutions.

Qualificações

• Proven experience building and operating data streaming platforms.
• Hands-on with Kafka, Cassandra and Pulsar.
• Experience on AWS with Kafka, Keyspaces, EMR, Athena, Glue, Quicksight, S3.
• Kubernetes concepts, architecture and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate core components of data streaming platforms.
• Develop and maintain platform capabilities and self-service interfaces.
• Drive automation with IaC and configuration management tooling.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines promoting GitOps practices.
• Manage and enhance data streaming platforms and repositories.
• Write and review platform code and documentation.
• Support engineering teams with data streaming services adoption.
