Marley Spoon, a global meal-kit company, is seeking a Data Scientist to turn data into practical ML solutions that improve personalization, forecasting and decision-making.

This hybrid role is based in Portugal with regular collaboration from our Lisbon office and flexible remote work. You will own problems from framing to deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement, partnering with Product, Eng, Marketing and Ops.

Qualificações

• Applied data science experience with real-world impact.
• Ability to deploy models into production and monitor performance.
• Strong programming in Python and SQL.
• Experience with data platforms (Snowflake) and BI/ETL tools (Looker, Airflow).
• Capacity to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deploy recommendation and personalization models.
• Develop time-series forecasting for demand and planning.
• Support retention and marketing with predictive analytics.
• Design and analyze A/B tests with robust statistics.
• Explore generative AI approaches when they add value.
• Document model assumptions and performance for teams.
