Job Description

As a Data Protection & Privacy Senior Specialist, you'll join a global team of experts that is highly committed to enabling profitable business while ensuring data protection compliance and responsible use of AI in a global and challenging environment.

In your new role you will:

• Advise employees and managers on data protection and privacy related issues
• Review new projects, tools, services and vendors for compliance with relevant regulations
• Support business owners in recording processing activities and AI use cases
• Conduct various risk assessments (DPIA, TIA, Responsible AI)
• Manage data subject requests and data protection incidents
• Support the continuous improvement of our privacy and AI management platform ’OneTrust’
• Support the global privacy training and awareness program
• Support audit activities of the Group Data Protection Office
  
  

Your Profile

With your proactive approach, analytical mindset, and efficient communication skills, you have the ability to create innovative solutions and foster enduring partnerships. Furthermore, you possess a unique talent for maintaining a holistic perspective, even when faced with complex and challenging situations. Your technical expertise further enhances your understanding of stakeholders and enables you to provide professional and valuable advice to address their specific questions or issues:

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Master or Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a similar field
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Profound knowledge of relevant legislation, in particular of the European GDPR
• A high degree of self-initiative and a service-oriented approach
• Digital mindset and a passion for new technologies
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders at different levels
• Fluency in English
• A plus is if you have hands-on experience in the configuration of ‘OneTrust’
