Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking a skilled Data Project Manager to lead HR analytics initiatives, coordinating agile teams and aligning analytics with IT development to deliver high-quality outputs.

You will work in a hybrid model with international collaboration, leveraging Power BI and Tableau for data visualization while ensuring data protection and ethical standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Data Project Management, preferably within HR analytics environments.
• Expertise in project management, including Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Proficiency with data visualization and blending tools, specifically Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong capabilities in data analysis and data processing to drive HR data initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in both English and French is mandatory for effective international collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to understand, explain, and lead change, coupled with strong stakeholder coordination skills.
• Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued.
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Work closely in Agile mode with data analysts, data engineers, and IT teams, coordinating diverse stakeholders effectively;
• Act as the primary reference point for data projects throughout their integration and deployment phases;
• Conduct thorough feasibility studies, risk analyses, and impact assessments to ensure project success and strategic alignment;
• Guarantee the delivery of trustworthy products, adhering strictly to personal data protection, security, and ethical principles.
