Axians Portugal is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic reporting initiatives and oversee a critical data migration project within a KYC/AML framework. You will drive reporting transformation and coordinate stakeholders to ensure data integrity and timely delivery.

You will manage governance, project scope, and executive reporting while collaborating with IT and business teams to maintain operational continuity. Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Proven experience leading data migration and reporting transformation projects.
• Experience in KYC/AML, compliance, risk, or regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder orchestration skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery and automation of a strategic reporting suite, enabling Power BI solutions.
• Manage migration from legacy systems to target data platforms with data quality.
• Coordinate governance: planning, risk mitigation, and delivery monitoring.
• Serve as main contact between technical teams, IT and business stakeholders.
• Manage scope, changes, communications, and executive reporting.
