Tecnimede Group seeks a Data Lead to shape data ecosystems and governance in a pharmaceutical context. You will lead a data team, align platforms with business goals, and drive secure, compliant data delivery across MES/EBR/SAP/DMS/LIMS/QMS environments.

You will translate business needs into scalable AI-driven insights, build dashboards and predictive models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value while maintaining GDPR and GMP standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years in Engineering/Data Science with at least 3 years in technical leadership.
• Experience with on-premises (SQL, Oracle, Hana) and Cloud (AWS, Azure) environments.
• Ability to explain AI/ML models to non-technical stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and implementation of data ecosystems aligned with business objectives (Data MES/EBR/SAP/DMS/LIMS/QMS).
• Lead the implementation of data platforms and integrations using standard methodologies (e.g., Agile) ensuring fast, secure, and quality delivery.
• Ensure GDPR and GMP compliance, promoting governance, integrity, and traceability.
• Define and coordinate a team of Data Scientists translating needs into scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams to transform raw data into insights and analytical models.
• Define and provide dashboards, reports, and predictive models based on AI.

We are looking to reinforce our team with a Data Lead (M/F)

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of data ecosystems aligned with business objectives (Data MES/EBR/SAP/DMS/LIMS/QMS, etc.).
• Lead the implementation of data platforms and integrations using standard methodologies (e.g., Agile) ensuring fast, secure, and quality delivery.
• Ensure that all data platforms strictly comply with GDPR and GMP standards, promoting and ensuring governance, integrity, and traceability.
• Define and coordinate a team of Data Scientists, translating Tecnimede Group's needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams to identify and define a strategy for transforming raw data into insights and analytical models.
• Define and provide dashboards, reports, and predictive models based on AI.

We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Engineering/Data Science, with at least 3 years in technical leadership positions.
• The Big Tech Mindset: Proficiency in both on-premises (SQL, Oracle, Hana) and Cloud (AWS, Azure) environments. Orchestration tools (SAP CPI) and Power BI as a presentation layer.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex AI/ML models to non-technical stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
• Strong project management and negotiation skills with external suppliers
