Elementis PLC is seeking a Data Analyst to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for decision making within a matrix structure. You will partner with Commercial and Supply Chain teams, maintain Power BI dashboards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role focuses on data preparation, governance alignment, and delivering high-quality reporting and presentations to stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualificações

• Collaboration with functional stakeholders to translate data into insights and drive value.
• Maintenance and enhancement of Power BI dashboards, reports and visualisations.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in an analytical or business role.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the supported function to understand business priorities, interpret analytical results, and translate data into actionable insights.
• Produce accurate, timely monthly management information including KPI analyses and trend reporting.
• Maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and visualisations to enable clear interpretation of metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support continuous improvement of tools and dashboards.
