Elementis in Porto is seeking a Business Data Manager to lead the Analysts team and deliver dashboards, reports, and data visualisations across the organisation. You will translate business priorities into analytical requirements and ensure trusted insights.

Based in Porto with minimum 3 days in the office, you will collaborate with Data Architecture, Governance, and Technical Teams to improve data foundations and governance, while guiding data-driven decision making.

Qualificações

• Strong expertise in Power BI with focus on report design and testing.
• Understanding of data governance frameworks and data quality principles.
• Experience delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Analyst Team and manage workflow across units.
• Translate business priorities into analytical requirements and deliver trusted insights.
• Collaborate with Data Architecture, Governance and Technical Teams to improve data foundations.
• Develop and extend dashboards and reports using data from the Data Lake; ensure testing and governance.
