Resumo da oferta

Caixa Mágica Software is expanding its Transversal Squad with a Business Analyst who will participate in the analysis and writing of specifications for the design, development and rollout of our Data Factory framework. You will work side-by-side with developers, data engineers and product owners to turn business needs into a robust, scalable data-aggregation platform.

The Data Factory Program will deliver a Data Aggregation & Curation platform built on a relational database and modern ETL

Qualificações

Strong knowledge of the financial and banking sector.
Experience translating business needs into functional specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria).
Experience with data migration projects and large-scale data manipulation.

Responsabilidades

Gather and analyse requirements from stakeholders, data owners, and regulatory teams.
Translate business needs into functional specifications (user stories, data models).
Create and maintain documentation (requirements catalog, data dictionary, process maps, test plans).
Facilitate test planning and participate in design test cases.
Communicate progress to stakeholders via sprint demos and reports.
Collaborate with ETL team to design data-flow and transformation logic.
Define, implement, and maintain the data-quality framework.
