We Are META is seeking a skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Big Data technologies. The role requires over 4 years of experience, solid knowledge in SQL, Python, and familiarity with DevOps practices. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating in cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer specializing in Big Data.
• Solid knowledge of Data Modeling principles and SQL.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and source code management using Git.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, XL Deploy, and XL Release.
• Strong knowledge in Python and PySpark.
• Fluency in English at B2 level.
• Availability for hybrid work model (2x week in Porto).
• Residing in Portugal with citizenship or a valid work permit.

Qualifications

• +4 years of experience as a Data Engineer - BigData
• Solid knowledge of Data Modeling principles and SQL, combined with familiarity with DevOps practices and source code management using Git.
• Hands on with Jenkins, XL Deploy and XL Release
• Strong knowledge in Python and Pyspark
• Knowledge in Visual Studio Code or Similar Frameworks
• Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative profile, comfortable working in cross-functional and distributed teams while contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English B2
• Availability for Hybrid model 2 x week based in Porto
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
