Adentis Portugal is looking for a data specialist to contribute to Datalab and Datamart projects using Teradata technology. You will collaborate with Tribe members to deliver data solutions and insights.

Qualifications include strong SQL and Teradata experience, Unix shell scripting, and experience with MSBI or Qlik Sense. The role requires occasional onsite work and offers health benefits, work-life balance and a clear career progression.

Qualificações

• Familiarity with data exposure for reporting tools such as MSBI or Qlik Sense.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and autonomously resolve technical challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the development of Datalab and Datamart solutions using Teradata technology, in close collaboration with other Tribe members.
• Develop data collection, storage, and processing solutions and their availability using Teradata BTEQ.
• Develop data exposure views for analytical or management reporting tools (MSBI or Qlik Sense).
• Work on project activities and operations including production processes, analysis, and resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of Datalab and Datamart solutions using Teradata technology, in close collaboration with other members of the Tribe.

• Develop data collection, storage, and processing solutions (such as the creation of aggregates or scores), as well as their availability. For this, experience in Unix environments, SQL, and relational DBMS is essential, along with best practices in development and modelling using Teradata BTEQ technology.
• Develop data exposure views for analytical or management reporting tools, such as MSBI or Qlik Sense solutions.
• Work on both project activities and operations (execution of production processes, analysis/resolution.

Requirements:

• Solid experience with SQL and relational database systems, preferably with strong knowledge of Teradata and BTEQ scripting
• Proficiency in Unix environments, including shell scripting for data processing and automation
• Good understanding of data modelling and best practices in building Datalab and Datamart solutions
• Experience with the development of data aggregation and scoring processes
• Familiarity with data exposure for reporting tools such as MSBI or Qlik Sense
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, while also being autonomous and proactive in solving technical challenges
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g. Git), and deployment automation
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and production process execution
• Availability to work onsite once or twice per week
