At Brix IT, we are seeking a data engineer to translate business requirements into robust, scalable data solutions. You will work on Data Warehouse, ETL, dimensional modelling, reporting, and SQL Server performance optimization, collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure data quality and value.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Data Engineer/BI roles, strong SQL Server/T-SQL, hands-on ETL with SSIS, SSAS knowledge, and Power BI expertise.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, BI Developer, or similar role.
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills.
• Hands-on ETL with SSIS.
• Experience with SSAS (tabular or multidimensional).
• Power BI expertise incl. data modelling and DAX.
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts and dimensional modelling.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Good troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Autonomy and strong communication with stakeholders.
• Experience in hybrid environments combining on-premises and cloud solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and optimize data integration processes using SSIS.
• Design data models for Data Warehouses and Data Marts.
• Develop analytical solutions with SSAS (tabular or multidimensional).
• Build and maintain Power BI and SSRS reports and dashboards.
• Work with SQL Server, including T-SQL development and query optimization.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, performance and governance.
• Collaborate with business teams to analyze requirements.
• Support technical teams and junior profiles.
• Contribute to ongoing data model and data flow improvements.
