Decskill is looking for a Data Engineer to design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data models. You will build and optimize Data Warehouse solutions and collaborate with IT, Finance and Risk teams.

The role requires 5–7 years of Data Engineer experience, strong SQL and Python (or PySpark), and familiarity with Dataiku/Tableau. Banking sector exposure is a plus. Fluency in English is mandatory and French adds value.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Intelligence or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and processes.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Good knowledge of Python and/or PySpark.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Data Modelling.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Dataiku, Tableau and/or Apache NiFi is a plus.
• Previous banking experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Credit Risk is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile and JIRA is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent/advanced English — mandatory.
• French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Build and maintain Data Warehouse solutions.
• Design data models and data schemas.
• Support the deployment of solutions across different environments.
• Provide support to users working with Dataiku and Tableau.
• Ensure data quality and performance.
• Work closely with IT, Finance and Risk teams.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
• Contribute to the improvement and evolution of Risk reporting and BI solutions.
