Hiscox is seeking a Data Engineer within the Enterprise Technology Data service to design and build scalable data warehouses and ETL/ELT solutions in cloud and on‑premise environments. You will work with the Head of Data Engineering and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust data platforms that support analytics and reporting.

The role requires Python and SQL expertise, experience with GCP and SSIS, and a solid grasp of CI/CD for data workloads in an Agile setting.

Qualificações

• Experience with data warehousing at scale, cloud and on-premise.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; experience with SSIS and T-SQL.
• Knowledge of data warehousing architectures and ETL/ELT best practices.
• Experience in Agile delivery with CI/CD for data platforms.
