Efficio Limited in Lisbon is seeking a Data Customer Success Consultant to manage client engagements, deliver procurement analytics solutions, and build robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and AI.

You will own a portfolio of client engagements, collaborate with internal teams, and help clients realize savings through data-driven insights while expanding your technical and consulting impact.

Qualificações

• Around 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics or related field.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders or clients.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience in data visualization tools such as Sigma, Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Curious about emerging technologies, with a willingness to explore AI and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver ongoing SpendCube refreshes and procurement analytics solutions for global clients.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for your client portfolio, building trusted relationships and ensuring a high-quality experience.
• Gather, validate and analyse client data to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Investigate and resolve data quality or technical issues.
• Build and improve automated data pipelines using Python, SQL and AI.
• Identify opportunities to streamline delivery through automation and continuous improvement.
• Work closely within internal consultants, technical product teams and client stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
• Support and mentor junior team members on technical questions and troubleshooting.
• Communicate analytical findings and project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Consultants based in Lisbon will support clients globally with the opportunity for international travel. As a DataCustomer Success Consultant,you'llwork directly with our global clients, delivering ongoingSpendCube*and procurement analytics solutions that help them make better sourcing decisions.

Unlike traditional consulting projects,you'llown a portfolio of client engagements, becoming a trusted point of contact while ensuring high-quality technical delivery.

This role combines analytical problem-solving with stakeholder management.You'llwork with procurement and spend data, troubleshoot technical issues, automate data processes, andidentifyopportunities to improve how we deliver our solutions.

What will you be doing?

Deliver ongoingSpendCuberefreshes and procurement analytics solutions for global clients.

Experience working directly with business stakeholders or clients.

Strong SQL and Python skills for data manipulation and automation.

Experience in data visualisation tools such as Sigma, Power BI, Tableau or similar.

An interest in applying AI tools, LLMs or automation technologies toimprove workflows, generate insights andsolve business problems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortableworking across multiple projects simultaneously,presenting to clients and managing day-to-dayrelationships.

Curious about emerging technologies, with a willingness to explore AI and automation to improve processes, enhance client delivery and solve business problems.

Experience with ERP or procurement data.

Exposure to supply chain or procurement analytics.

Experience automating reporting or data pipelines.

Previousconsulting or customer-facing experience.

Experience supporting software or data products.
