Affinity in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a data platform professional to join our team, focusing on data governance, metadata management and scalable data architectures.

You will collaborate across product and engineering to implement semantic modelling, data contracts and analytics pipelines using Python, SQL and modern orchestration tools. A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for learning are valued at Affinity.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience with large-scale data platforms (data lakes/warehouses).
• Experience in metadata management and data lineage (DataHub/Amundsen/Collibra/Alation).
• Strong knowledge of semantic modelling and data contracts; Data Mesh is a plus.
• Experience in data governance, privacy and auditing.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD, dbt, and workflow orchestrators (Airflow/Dagster/Prefect).
• Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana).
• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
