We are currently seeking a Data Architect.

As a Senior Data Architect, you'll play a critical role in leading a team of digital transformation of one of the biggest transportation companies into a modern, data-powered enterprise.

What do we expect from you?

  • Ability Map and classify all data sources, understanding their properties—whether high-volume, real-time, asynchronous, or batch.
  • Capacity to design scalable and future-proof data strategies that accommodate legacy systems, current infrastructure, and next-generation devices.
  • Normalize, abstract and structure data to support flexible and efficient business logic.
  • Be able to provide expert guidance on data technologies, making informed decisions that align with platform goals and long-term architecture.
  • Define usage standards and best practices for how data components should be adopted and integrated by development teams.

What makes you a good candidate for this role?

  • Proven experience with modern architectural composition practices, including Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Layered, Hexagonal, Plug-in, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Event-Driven designs.
  • Expertise in both relational and non-relational databases, such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
  • Hands-on experience with data lakes and data warehouses, including Snowflake, BigQuery, and Redshift, as well as a solid grasp of data classification principles.
  • Strong proficiency in real-time data streaming technologies, like Apache Kafka and Apache Flink.
  • A solid understanding of data security best practices and access control mechanisms, ensuring scalable and compliant data platforms.
  • The ability to make informed, strategic data technology decisions, applying deep knowledge of current tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns to solve complex project needs.
  • Familiarity with leading data governance tools, such as Apache Atlas, Collibra, and Amundsen.
  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, enabling seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams and alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
