The role focuses on modern data platforms (Databricks), data standards, and scalable data solutions, requiring strong collaboration with technical teams and a high level of English proficiency. Portuguese or French is a plus.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in Data Architecture or senior data roles.
• Strong experience in Data Architecture and Data Governance within complex enterprises.
• Experience with modern data platforms, especially Databricks.
• Understanding of Data Engineering concepts: pipelines, integration, and flows.
• Experience defining data standards, governance models, and architectural best practices.
• Experience working with complex enterprise data landscapes and integration environments.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams, influence decisions, and challenge solutions.
• Fluency in English; Portuguese or French is a plus.

As a Data Architect at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for:

• Define and evolve data architecture principles, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Establish data governance frameworks, data domain management, and lifecycle management principles.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure data pipelines and solutions align with architectural standards.
• Support the modernization and evolution of data platforms, including initiatives involving Databricks.
• Define integration standards between data platforms and corporate systems.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure alignment between application and data architectures.
• Provide architectural guidance in transformation initiatives, ensuring scalable and sustainable data solutions.

About you

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• At least 7 years of experience in Data Architecture or similar senior data roles.
• Strong experience in Data Architecture and Data Governance within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with modern data platforms, particularly Databricks.
• Understanding of Data Engineering concepts, including data pipelines, data integration, and data flows.
• Experience defining data standards, governance models, and architectural best practices.
• Experience working with complex enterprise data landscapes and integration environments.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams, influence architectural decisions, and challenge proposed solutions.
• Fluency in English. Knowledge of Portuguese and/or French is considered a plus.
