Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years managing Data Analytics projects, delivering complex solutions on time and in scope.
• Solid understanding of modern data architectures, Snowflake and data product development are a plus.
• Practical SQL skills to guide technical discussions and perform basic testing.
• Experience leading technical teams in Agile environments.
• Proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding concepts; PowerBI is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders globally.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact data analytics and BI projects in a global team.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and shape innovative analytics use cases.
• Deliver across a global data team in an Agile environment, removing roadblocks for smooth execution.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact data analytics and business intelligence projects within the DD Service, ensuring delivery on time, in scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and shape innovative, high-impact analytics use cases.
• Lead delivery across a global team of data experts in an Agile environment, aligning priorities with business goals and removing roadblocks to ensure smooth execution.
• Act as the primary link between stakeholders and the data team, translating complex business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Act as a trusted advisor, managing stakeholder expectations, providing regular project status updates, and building deep, collaborative relationships across virtual organizations.
• Oversee your team’s technical output, ensuring data pipelines and models adhere to agreed quality and security standards.

We are looking for someone with…
