Oliver Wyman seeks a Data and Analytics Analyst to create and maintain dashboards and reports tied to our operations. The role blends technical reporting with analytics to uncover the ‘Why’ behind the data.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in business analytics, strong Tableau/SQL skills, and experience with data warehousing and Agile delivery. English proficiency required, CVs in English preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or master's in quantitative field (math, stats, CS, IS, econometrics) or related.
• 3+ years in business analytics or support functions.
• 3+ years Tableau design, development and deployment (Tableau Desktop/Server/Data Prep).
• 3+ years SQL/PLSQL development experience.
• Experience managing Tableau sites/projects with consistent design/deploy/maintenance.
• Experience with Agile in data/analytics context.
• Knowledge of data warehouse processes, dimensional modeling and ETL/Integration.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Oracle OBIEE or Business Objects.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• English fluency (written and spoken) required.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to define reporting and analytics needs and develop solutions.
• Assist in development and delivery of new data sets, metrics and analytics content for strategic decisions.
• Assist with efficiencies and enhancements in reporting and analytics.
• Support analytics community awareness and proficiency on tools and data models.
• Provide data and analytics support (data sourcing, preparation and visualization) to analytics teams.
• Collaborate with data architects to define data requirements for BI visuals and tools.
• Participate in ongoing development of BI and data warehousing within the organization.
