Hiscox Europe Data Team is seeking a Data Analyst to join our cross-country analytics platform. You will translate business needs into data solutions using Azure and Databricks, delivering reliable insights for Sales, Underwriting, and Finance with Power BI.

You will partner with data engineers and stakeholders to design dashboards, data models, and governance, helping evolve the data platform while supporting daily operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Minimum 3 years in BI or Data & Analytics roles.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse and document business requirements for reporting.
• Perform data analysis across sources to validate data quality.
• Design and build Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to deliver insights.
