PwC Portugal is seeking a Data & AI Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end Data, BI and AI initiatives, aligning strategy with execution across business and technical streams.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, shape transformation roadmaps, maintain PMO governance, and support pre-sales, with fluency in English and Portuguese. The role is based in Lisbon, offering a path to drive impactful change within the Team PwC.

Qualificações

• BSc or MSc in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 6 years of experience in data and/or AI-focused strategy, transformation and operations projects, and at least 2 years managing junior teams.
• Ability to lead C-level client relationships and shape transformation roadmaps.
• Proficiency with Microsoft ecosystems (PowerPoint, Excel, Copilot, and Agent Builder).
• Knowledge of modern data platforms, AI/ML and Generative AI, and key tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, Power Query/BI.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data, BI, and AI (including GenAI) initiatives, integrating strategy and execution across business and technical streams
• Translate business needs into scalable D&AI architectures, roadmaps, and product backlogs
• Manage delivery, ensuring quality execution and progress reporting within PMO structures
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (data engineers, BI developers, AI/ML specialists)
• Develop key artefacts (data models, governance frameworks, use cases, solution blueprints)
• Support pre-sales, including opportunity shaping and solution positioning.
