Bose Corporation is seeking an Associate Product Owner to support Portfolio Strategy & Operations. The role focuses on backlog readiness, documentation, and delivery rigor to enable high-quality data products.

You will work with Senior Product Owners and analytics teams to translate business priorities into well-defined work and support releases. This is an early-career position designed to grow into end-to-end product ownership, building domain expertise and contributing to AI-enabled products

Formación

• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements, epics, or user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting data/analytics projects or products with KPIs, reporting, or BI
• Experience coordinating cross-functional work in a fast-paced delivery environment
• Strong interest in data, analytics, and AI-enabled products; quick learner of new tools and concepts

Responsabilidades

• Own backlog hygiene and readiness: draft epics/user stories, clarify acceptance criteria, and ensure work is delivery-ready for execution sprints.
• Coordinate delivery mechanics: support refinement, planning, demos, and working sessions; track actions, dependencies, and risks (RAID).
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, BI/Insights, and Data Science/NLP to clarify requirements and manage dependencies.
• Support demand shaping by documenting workflows and problem statements; prepare success measures for Sr PO review.
• Coordinate release readiness and change artifacts (release notes, training inputs, UAT coordination, rollout checklists).
• Capture post-release feedback and product health signals; maintain an improvement backlog.
• Support AI/GenAI pilots and adoption readiness to move prototypes to practical use.
