Danish-Speaking E-commerce Support Specialist (Remote from Portugal)

Cross Border Talents is seeking Danish speakers to join our multinational client on an exciting project for a globally renowned tech brand in Portugal.

If you're abroad, relocation assistance, including housing, is provided.

Location: Remote from Continental Portugal

Contract: Full-time, 12-month renewable

Start dates: Multiple dates available through June and July

About the Brand: Work for a world-renowned technology company known for user experience, innovation, and premium customer service. You will support their online store users.

Role Overview: As a Danish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist, you will assist customers during their online shopping experience, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, returns, and payments.
  • Handle sensitive data securely and follow escalation procedures.
  • Communicate professionally via email, phone, and chat.
  • Collaborate with carriers and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • C2-level Danish and fluent English (C1), both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts.
  • Currently in Portugal or willing to relocate.
  • EU passport or valid residence card for Portugal.
